ALL BIDDERS HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THEY HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED BELOW AND THEY AGREE TO BE BOUND THEREBY. EACH AUCTION MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL TERMS THAT ARE NOT LISTED HERE. IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO UNDERSTAND ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO SUBMITTING ANY/ALL BIDS.

Everything sells "AS IS, WHERE IS". The final bidder is required to pay for the purchase regardless of its faults. Please remember that the brochure is only a guide and is subject to changes.ALL SALES ARE FINAL. While descriptions are believed to be correct, the auctioneers or owners make no warranties or guarantees as to genuineness, authenticity of, or defect of any items and will not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, value, or any other determinative factor. Del Peterson & Associates may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet, and at the auction but makes no representations. All sales are final when awarded to the successful bidder. Buyer accepts full responsibility for all purchases made and holds the auction company, clerks, and owners free of any liabilities in the event of theft or disappearance of any items purchased. No items are to be removed from the premises without full settlement. In the event of a dispute in bidding, the auctioneers' decision to settle the dispute is final. Del Peterson & Associates, along with the owners, are not responsible for accidents. All verbal statements made supersede any printed material. Lists are subject to change. Some of the equipment may be consigned.

Internet Bidding
There is a 4% Buyer's Premium charged to all items purchased through Del Peterson & Associates On-Line Bidding Service. Del Peterson & Associates is providing pre-auction and live internet bidding as a service to bidders. Bidders acknowledge and understand that this service may or may not function properly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidders have any kind of claim against Del Peterson & Associates or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Del Peterson & Associates will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Del Peterson & Associates reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.

Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Del Peterson & Associates shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Del Peterson & Associates will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the item unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself.

Equipment Removal
Removal of equipment shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. Any Items not removed within 1 week of the conclusion of the auction, unless otherwise stated in the terms of the auction or description of the item, will be considered abandoned and the purchaser will lose all right, title and interest to the property.

Successful bidders must contact Del Peterson & Associates within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment.
