| Terms of Sale: |
Successful bidders must contact Del Peterson & Associates within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment. No equipment will be released until payment is made in full. Del Peterson & Associates will notify sellers when we have received payment in full for release of equipment. Failure to comply with these terms will result in buyer “Not to Participate” in future live or on-line auctions conducted by Del Peterson & Associates. |

All equipment is sold as is with no guarantees, expressed or implied, by seller or Del Peterson & Associates. Bidders are responsible for inspection of items and will not be issued a rebate or refund for any reason. All Sales are Final. |

Removal of equipment shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. Any items not removed within 2 weeks of conclusion of the auction will be considered abandoned and the purchaser will lose all right, title and interest to the property. |

| Titled Items: |
Titles for all titled items will be mailed to the buyer via Priority Mail no sooner than 10 business days after receipt of payment, regardless of payment type. |
